SERVICE MANAGER (FEMALE)*

Based at our specialised ‘women only’ house at Ella Villa, you will be responsible for Ella and two other high support projects for people with mental health problems, complex needs and challenging behaviours. Also responsible for our Teenage Parents Outreach service, you will manage staff, provide a high quality service to our service users, and ensure the efficient and effective running of the four projects. You will need a recognised qualification in Health or Social Care and have extensive experience of management and in working with people with complex and challenging needs, including mental health problems. You should also have a successful track record in managing staff, initiative, resilience, energy and excellent communication skills.

*This role falls within the ‘Genuine Occupational Qualification’ exemptions as permitted under the Sex Discrimination Act 1975.

£38,000 pa West London based

SUPPORT WORKERS

You must have experience of working with the relevant client group, or a degree in a related field. You must be highly committed, with bags of initiative and a practical approach to problem solving.

£22,692 - £25,263 per annum inc of ILW.

WAKING NIGHT SUPPORT WORKERS

You will need strong experience of supporting a relevant client group, or hold a degree in a related field. You should also hold a recognised Health or Social Care qualification with a practical approach to problem solving.

£16,575 per annum inc of ILW.

We are also looking for a number of YOUNG PEOPLE SUPPORT WORKERS. You must have extensive experince of wotking with young people between the ages fo 16-25 years old and be able to working a rota which will include sleep overs.

You will need significant experience of working with people with complex needs and challenging behaviour and people with learning disabilities and mental health problems.
