Background Information
LCH is a not for profit, Registered Social Landlord and voluntary sector organisation providing care, support and housing to vulnerable adults offering a full continuum of services to a range of client groups from high care mental health through to floating support for young care leavers. LCH manages a number of supported housing projects in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and the London Boroughs of Ealing, Hounslow and Hammersmith & Fulham.
